A monitored support contact has not yet been published. This page cannot receive messages.
Public accounts and purchases remain closed until support is operational.
Never send passwords, verification links, access tokens or payment-card details in a support message.
Verification and password recovery
Complete a requested email flow on the same iPhone where you started it. A web page alone cannot establish that your account is verified.
If a link has expired or was already used, return to the app and request a new one when authentication is available. Avoid repeated requests if email is rate-limited.
Account deletion
The app’s Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account explains availability. Secure deletion is not operational yet; this website cannot accept a deletion request. Logging out does not delete an account.
Local drafts and baskets
Development event drafts, synthetic athletes and shop baskets are not bookings or orders. Local music favourites are not automatically attached to an account.
